More Images from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the photographs.

Additionally featured in this new photograph release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.

The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated plans to develop the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Marked on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a key detailing various parts of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.

More documentation made public as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
